Placing an Order

All orders must be submitted in writing, either by email or fax. Please include detailed information and instructions in each PO. All artwork, including artwork for repeat orders, must be approved in writing prior to production. Please review your PO and artwork carefully. ColorBurst will complete the order according to the specifications outlined on the PO, using the artwork that has been approved by the customer. Once the final artwork has been approved, ColorBurst will not be held responsible for errors in artwork. Multiple orders may not be combined on one PO.
ColorBurst's production schedule is deadline driven. Project due dates must be indicated as EVENT (hard deadline) or in-hand (soft deadline). Due dates not specified as EVENT or in-hand will be treated as in-hand (soft deadline) due dates. Due dates indicated as ASAP, without an actual date specified, will be considered a soft deadline. Rush fees may be applied to orders requiring less than a 5 business day turnaround. All items, information, and approvals required to complete your order must be supplied in a timely manner.
ColorBurst offers free pick-up from S&S Activewear, Broder Brothers, and Alpha every business day. When ordering blanks from one of these suppliers, simply designate your order to be included in ColorBurst’s pick-up.
Maximum screen printing area is 13” wide by 15” high per placement. Standard art sizing for adult garments is 11” wide full front or full back, 3.5” wide for left or right chest, short sleeve imprint and leg imprint on shorts. Maximum full front or full back art sizing for women’s fitted garments and youth sizes is 9” wide by 10” high. If your order contains both adult and women’s fitted or youth sizes, you will be charged for two sets of screens. Imprint pricing will be based on each design size, not the combination of adult and women’s or youth sizes. You may choose to have one set of screens, sized at 9” wide to fit both adult and women’s fitted or youth sizes, but you must indicate this on your PO.
Women’s garments are typically sewn in a fitted style. Please choose sizes carefully when ordering women’s garments.
Visa and MasterCard accepted. Net 30 terms available to approved accounts. Interest will be applied to unpaid invoices after 30 days. New customers are required to pay a 50% deposit when the order is placed and secure the balance with a credit card.
Completed orders can be shipped worldwide via UPS. We will ship your completed order blind label at your request.
Art charges exceeding $150.00 must be paid in full when final art is approved.
A cancellation fee of $25 may be applied to jobs which are canceled. Any chargeable services performed up to the time of cancellation shall be made payable to ColorBurst by the customer including art charges, proofs, digitizing, setup charges, etc.
No returns of imprinted products are accepted. Please inspect product upon receipt. Any imprinted products returned in violation of this policy will be discarded. Unimprinted merchandise returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and ColorBurst is not responsible for freight costs to return the product.
Orders not picked up - will be discarded after 30 days.
