Participants must submit certificates from all 17 trainings to the Little Friends Center for Autism and therefore MUST keep each certificate presented at the end of every training. Participants must also submit the Level 1 Core Autism Training Checklist (which is used to keep track of trainings attended) which may be picked up at any LFCA training. 

To apply for the Level 1 Core Autism Training Certificate, please submit the information listed below to the Little Friends Center for Autism:

1. All certificates from the Level 1 Core Autism Training Series, a total of 17 (see above)
2. The completed, Level 1 Core Autism Training Checklist

The Level 1 Core Autism Training Certificate will be mailed to each participant within 2-4 weeks.  If you do not receive your certificate in the mail after 4 weeks, please contact the Little Friends Center for Autism to verify that your paperwork has been received.

Missing Certificates:

Participants who have already attended any of the Level 1 Core Autism Training and wish to work towards a Level 1 Certificate but no longer have their training certificates can mail, fax or e-mail a written list of the trainings that they attended.  The list must include the title, date, location and presenter of the training in order to be considered.  Verification will take more time.  We will attempt to verify attendance and mail the training certificates to the participant.
